Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Kevin T.K. Sullivan (Founder and Chief Executive)

Served in the U.S. Army for twenty years as an Aviation Officer (UH-60 Blackhawks pilot) where he led numerous Assault Aviation units and operations, culminating with his service as the Director of Aviation, United States Army Pacific Command.

In 2008, Kevin took his expertise of Military and Government operations and launched, Leading Points Corporation which has become the leading strategic development firm for companies wanting to succeed in operating within the Military and Government Markets. Leading Points has developed and launched military programs for companies such as Golf Channel (MilitaryTeeTimes.com), COSTCO, UNTUCKit, 1-800-Flowers, LifeLock, Power Plate, Pray.com, Vail Resort (Military Epic Pass) many more.

Seeing the need for a way in which Military Members and their families could access Military benefits in an easy, efficient, and safe manner, Kevin began working on a new and disruptive, Military technology and Ecosystem. His vision became a reality with the 2022 Veterans Day launch of “Military Connect®”, a network which allows verified Miliary Members and their Families to participate in various military benefits and service such as: Military Deals, Military Travelers, Military Match, Ski Military, Military Career Coach, Military Coverage, and Military-RX.

Kevin’s has also served as Founder and CEO of International Hemp Solutions, a Global Supply Chain specializing in Industrial Hemp Fiber and Grain. IHS, was the first company in the United States to legally import industrial hemp seed from Europe for the propagation of Industrial hemp seed varieties. Kevin has fostered International Partnership with the Governments of Poland, Germany, Ireland, Australia. Keith LeBlanc (Chief of Staff)

Has more than 20 years of senior level operational leadership and experience working effectively within competitive and customer demanding industries across several business verticals. Keith oversees day to day activities which include best demonstrated business practices/procedures, with strong internal and external partner relationships ensuring the organizations planning, quality, support, performance, and development are managed efficiently and effectively to facilitate and accelerate the development ensuring the long-term success of the company.

David N. Schachter (Chief Legal)

Has practiced technology, commercial and intellectual property law, both in the courtroom and the boardroom, for over 40 years and has a wide span of experience as legal counsel to businesses, inventors, and entrepreneurs. He began his career in Silicon Valley in the 1980's, where he and two law school classmates formed Dunaway, Schachter & Dillon, one of the first boutique "computer law" firms, in Mountain View, CA, representing startups and venture capital interests. David returned to Denver, his native home, in 1995 and in 2000 joined Sherman & Howard, LLC, a 100+ year old Denver business and litigation firm, where he formed and ran the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. David now lives in Conifer, Colorado with his wife Meg, where he manages Schachter Law, PC, from his home office. They have three grown children pursuing their dreams in college and beyond.

Quenten Van Egren (VP, Chief Development)

has been in the software development industry for the past 28 years. He has worked in telecom, medical, government, and internet startups throughout his career. His specialty lies in designing and implementing databases, middle-tier, and front-end applications and solutions, as well as implementing and designing cloud infrastructure. He is the owner of Cognent Solutions, LLC through which he works on various software projects in his free time. When not working, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing soccer as well as playing board games with his friends and family. Quenten is currently living in Parker CO with his wife Alicia, and together they have 6 children.

Brandon Grant (VP, Creative Director)

Is a UI/UX designer with 20+ years of experience. He specializes in designing and building web applications and websites from concept to completion. Brandon has deep eCommerce experience working with brands like Tumi, eBags, Case Logic, and David Yurman. Brandon designed and helped build PharmacyKeeper, a web and mobile-based hospital pharmacy application that sold for $100 million.
